PURCHASING ART
1. General
1.1 Every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the colours of my paintings as it appears on this website. However, it cannot be guaranteed that PC monitors/Phone displays will accurately reflect the color and tone of the real artwork.
1.2 All information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.
2. How to buy something
2.1 You can use my website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your cart. By placing an order on this website, you are demonstrating an intent to buy goods.
2.2 You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
2.3 All prices quoted on my website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
2.4 I use secure payment facilities with a third-party provider (STRIPE) for online purchases. You can pay for your order by Credit Card. (Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover)
2.5 For international shipments, there may be charges for importing goods. It is your responsibility to pay import duty if charged.
2.6 Once I know that I have successfully received the payment, I will send you an e-mail to confirm that I have received your order and payment. I will notify you of the dispatch date (normally 3-4 business days for ready artwork)
2.7 By placing an order with me and paying for your goods you agree to and accept these terms as well as my privacy policy and terms of website use.
2.8 I will respond to your inquiry as soon as humanly possible.
Shipping & Returns
3.1 Artworks will normally be dispatched post payment receipt within 4-5 business days.
3.2 A courier/ shipping agent will normally deliver goods within 1-2 weeks of dispatch for International shipments. For Singapore buyers, delivery to your address will be done in 3-4 business days.
3.3 Your goods will be delivered to the address you gave on your order. I would not be responsible for the return of goods for failed delivery attempts.
3.4 Please check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be damaged should be notified to the delivery person at the time of delivery or to me within a reasonable time. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let me know promptly.
RETURNS
4.1 If you want to return the artwork, contact me by e-mail (studiomonsoonart@gmail.com) within 14 days of delivery. The items should be returned/shipped within 30 days of delivery to my location. (Singapore). The goods must be returned in original condition and packaging to me at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Any loss in value would be borne by the buyer.
4.3 I will refund all monies paid to me by you less shipping and handling expenses within 30 days of receipt of the returned artwork.
4.4 If there is a problem with the delivered goods, please notify me by email providing details of the problem. It is helpful to provide photo (s) of the defect/ damage so I can understand the issue.
Privacy Policy
1. What Personal Data Do We Collect?
Contact forms
Your name and email address is collected each time you send information using any of the contact forms on this site. This data is not shared and is for correspondence purpose only. This data will not be published.
On Purchase
On Purchase of artwork from me, I will ask for your billing & shipping addresses and other contact details as may be needed for payments/shipping.
2. How Long We Retain Your Data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
3. What Rights You Have Over Your Data
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

What we collect and store
While you visit this site, we’ll track:
Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!
We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.
When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for 10 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.
5. Who do we share your data with?
Google Analytics
Your browsing data on this website may be anonymously sent to Google Analytics tracking service. This is for marketing analytics.
Payments
I use Stripe Inc as my preferred payment gateway for processing debit and credit card transactions. Data collection is the same as listed above but Stripe have their own privacy policy which can be viewed in the link below. Data is stored by Stripe Inc. and transferred between me and them and may be subject to use by a third party.
